Ice Cream & Toast...


Sour cream ice cream,grilled brioche,blueberry thyme reduction and fresh thyme.Sour Cream i.c. has been stuck on my mind since having it for the first time a few weeks back.Blueberries cooked down with red wine,sugar, thyme and yuzu make for a floral sweet sauce enough to call this a dessert.Hot and cold textures stimulate a few of the senses.Several ideas have sparked since. Cornbread is next on the list which was the original thought.Flavor is definitely there.Very reminiscent of bagels and cream cheese...
