Popcorn panna cotta version 2.Different mold,presentation,added compressed strawberries.May have took the base a little too far in the cooking process but needless to say,the flavors came out great and the combination works.Cutting the cord on this one for now.Enjoy!

BBQ Pork...Summer time is peeking around the corner

This is a play on a deconstructed pulled pork sandwich.Rootbeer glazed pork belly,torn thyme cornbread,bbq pearl onions,pickled brussels,bacon jam & bbq sauce.Gonna explore some other pickling partners and stuff...Cucumbers,watermelon rind,papaya?

Popcorn infused panna cotta,carmel popcorn,fleur de sel,dark chocolate,caramel air.My first jab at the sweet world.Still trying to work a couple more components into the dish.Be back with an updated final version.
