"chicken fried" lobster...

Chicken fried lobster tail,aerated bleu cheese ranch sauce,tabasco fluid gel,shaved celery and radish salad.Inspired by a couple culinary geniuses...

Skinned a couple birdies and fried it until it was basically chicharon status. Pulverized it to bits and bits.Used a standard fried chicken breading procedure with buttermilk and the colonel's secret spices.Who said bar food couldn't be elevated or elegant?
